Terms and Conditions

TRACK DAY EXPERIENCES:

Payment must be made within 7 days of the date of this agreement. 

Participants can cancel or transfer their experience up to one week before the date of the event. In the event of cancellation within this period, participants will be entitled to a full refund or a free transfer. After this date, no transfer or refund is possible. 

All participants must be over 16 years old on the day of the event. 

Before the event, each participant will be added to a WhatsApp group giving more details about the track day, and will have the opportunity via this group to ask questions. 

By registering you accept the publication of images of yourself and you undertake not to request any financial compensation from the organizer or its partners for their distribution on any medium whatsoever. However, in accordance with the law, you have the right to remove these images on request. You can also tell us before departure your wish not to appear on any image.

Dogs and other pets are not allowed at the event. 

Each tour is recorded on video from inside the car and each participant will receive a copy of his tour recording by email or WhatsApp on request. 

Participants are invited to bring their own racing suit and FIA-approved helmet if they have one. 

Participants undertake to inform Doublier Motorsport staff of any medical condition and/or allergy that could prevent them from participating in the experiment. If, before the experiment, the participant has developed a condition/allergy that is such that it could pose a risk to the safety of the participant and others, the participant must inform Doublier Motorsport and provide a detailed medical certificate in order to receive a refund at the discretion of Doublier Motorsport. In case of doubt about his participation in the experience, the participant must seek the medical advice of a qualified professional.
